We were due for a Healthcare Bill

- Banning lifetime caps on coverage
- Banning restrictive annual limits on coverage
- Providing free preventative care under private plans
- Creating new and independent appeals processes
- Guaranteeing premium payments used primarily for medical costs with rebates
- Funding for community health centers
- Promoting an increase in number of primary care practitioners
- Prohibiting salary based discrimination
- Providing aid to states for healthcare consumer information
- Creating accountability for unreasonable health insurance increases
